Brian B. Kastner was born in Madison, WI. His family moved to Cumberland, WI when he was five. He graduated from Cumberland High School in 1990. He then attended UW - Barron County in Rice Lake, WI completing his Mortuary Science Degree in Minneapolis, MN at the University of Minnesota. After being employed for four years at First Memorial Waterston Chapel/Cremation Society of Minnesota, he and his wife Jennifer moved to Eau Claire in June of 1998.

Jennifer J. Kastner was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN and graduated from Totino-Grace High School in Fridley, MN in 1991. She then attended the University of Minnesota obtaining her degree in Mortuary Science in 1997. Together, Jennifer and Brian bring more than a decade of experience to Prock Funeral Home.

Suzanne M. Kastner, Brian's mother, has been working at Prock Funeral Home since Brian and Jennifer moved to Eau Claire in 1998. Suzanne is an administrative assistant, hair dresser, and also helps with advance funeral planning and funeral services. She was born and raised in Weyerhaeuser, WI. She was also owner/operator of a beauty salon in Cumberland, WI for over 15 years.
